Studio Neptune Art Parties!For so many children, making art is a celebration all by itself. Add a special occasion into the mix and Studio Neptune’s new Art Parties create the perfect combination. Our Art Parties are designed for small groups of 4-8 guests, keeping the party focused for our studio and affordable for you. SchedulesParties are scheduled for 2 hours from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon or from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM on Saturdays. The first 60-90 minutes include instruction and guidance for an exciting art project led by Studio Neptune founder Elyse Harrison and a studio assistant. Each guest will take their art work with them at the end of the party. The remaining time is set aside for the party to continue with refreshments and the chance to open gifts if you like.

ProjectsOur carefully designed menu of project options is centered around work that can be successfully completed within a short time frame. Please encourage your guests to arrive on time so that everyone has a chance to work thoughtfully without rushing. All projects can be adjusted to accommodate any age group and come with all necessary materials. Project options are listed below.

GuestsOur Art Parties are designed for ages 6 and up. At least one adult must be present during the length of the party. We kindly ask that only party guests attend the event. The studio can not accommodate younger siblings, friends or relations. Parties are limited to eight guests to ensure two comfortable and productive hours.

InvitationsChoose from these original images to customize your e-mail invitation. You can e-mail guests their invitations and have them RSVP directly to you.

RefreshmentsAll refreshments are provided by you and may include cake, ice cream and other easy to manage food items. Drinks must be in individual portions in boxes, plastic bottles or cans. Studio Neptune provides paper plates, plastic ware and table covers.

PricingStandard pricing for each party is $35.00 per guest and includes all of the above features. Posters and pin back buttons are available for your party for an additional fee.

Decorations Art studios are visually exciting places. If you would like to enhance your party with more visuals, we recommend helium balloons as the perfect compliment. Our studio has 12′ ceilings for balloons to look their best without impeding our work area.
